Play Planet is a browser games subscription for Koodo mobile customers in Canada. You need an active Koodo mobile line and a compatible device with internet access.
Koodo Terms
How Play Planet works for Koodo customers. These terms complement our Terms of Service and do not replace Koodo's own customer terms.
Price and billing
The subscription costs $15 CAD / 30 days, plus applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST).
The charge is added to your Koodo mobile bill and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
Koodo is part of the Telus group: Koodo customers subscribe and are billed through Telus, at the same price and with the same way to cancel.
How to cancel
Text STOP to 5484 and your subscription is cancelled straight away.

Refunds
You can request a refund within 30 days of the charge by writing to help@playplanet-ca.com.
