How you are charged

Subscribe with your Telus line and the charge goes straight to your mobile account.

  • The charge is added to your Telus mobile bill. We never ask for a credit card.
  • The subscription is recurring: it renews automatically until you cancel it.
  • Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) are added to the price shown, according to your province or territory.
  • Standard data charges from your operator may apply while you play.

How to subscribe

Sign-up happens on the subscription page and is confirmed by your mobile operator.

Refund policy

Every request is reviewed against your account and the charge in question.

  • You can request a refund within 30 days of the charge.
  • Send your request by email to help@playplanet-ca.com.
  • Include your full name, the mobile number you subscribed with and an email address where we can reach you.
  • Name the service (Play Planet) and the date of the charge you are asking about.
  • We confirm by email as soon as your request is received.
  • Each request is assessed against the status of the subscription and the charge concerned.
  • Approved refunds are returned through the original billing method, usually as a credit on your mobile account.
  • Cancelling stops future charges but does not create a refund on its own: send a refund request as well.
  • Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory.
